• Once a deposit has been received, I will schedule for your order to be completed nearer the date.

• I will contact you around 2 months prior* to the date of your wedding to confirm exact details of the order and to send details of the remaining balance/how to pay.

• All information/wording for the order must be sent as soon as possible and be correct. I cannot be held responsible for spelling errors if sent incorrectly. Although I do my best to be flexible, once details are submitted I cannot guarantee I can make alterations, name changes on table plans for example.

• I aim to have your item(s) ready ASAP. This can be picked up from my studio in Alloa, if you need the anything posted out, delivered or set up do let me know so costs can be added on.

• For on site work I require the full address, full details of what is required including dimensions and a contact for the day. 

• Please note deposits are non-returnable but if you need to move your date for any reason do let me know as soon as possible and I will be happy to reschedule. If for any reason I'm unable to complete your order any deposit paid will be returned.

• Please also look over the hire & package terms below if this is applicable to your booking.

*Please note for large orders I may contact you sooner.


• A non-refundable booking deposit is required if you would like to reserve an item for a future date, this will be agreed in advance depending on the item.


• Package set price/discount excludes any hire deposits/set up or delivery fees/additional items out with the package as described.



Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is collected/delivered.

All hire items are subject to a returnable hire deposit, the amount will be agreed before collection/delivery. If an item is damaged or is not returned the hire deposit will not be returned. All items are checked before pick up/drop off.



All hire items should be collected from my studio in Alloa. If you would prefer me to deliver/set up/collect items please let me know so this can be added on to your quote.

Standard hire is 1 week, items should be returned by date specified or the deposit will be lost unless otherwise agreed.



Items should be stored/used as directed, any damage will result in your hire deposit being lost. I don't mind cleaning items after use or small touch ups but if items are scratched, unreasonably dirty or any damage deems the item unsuitable for future hires the hire deposit will be lost. 


All items should be returned in their original packaging, outdoor items should be dry before doing so. Any loss/damage beyond repair of packaging will result in your hire deposit being lost.



Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped/collected.

Payments should be made via bank transfer as standard. If you wish to use PayPal please do let me know as a fee will be added on for this.


If you are having any issues with payment please do not hesitate to contact me and I will assist you in any way I can.



If an item needs posted it will be sent 2nd class (signature required)


If you need an item sooner please let me know prior to ordering and I can try to accommodate and alter the price if need be.


Please make sure you give the correct shipping address as I can't be held responsible for shipment to an incorrect/old address. This will be your responsibility to sort out, I am unable to replace items shipped out to incorrect/old addresses.

Returns and exchanges

I gladly accept returns if the item is faulty

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Ship/return items back within: 30 days of delivery/collection


I don't accept exchanges or cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.


The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

•             Custom or personalised orders

If you are unhappy with your order please get in touch with me as soon as possible.


I am unable to refund custom/personalised orders unless faulty, proof of the fault will be required (if the fault was due to packaging then proof of this will be required as well) before I can consider any refund.
