My ever popular baubles are back, yay! Here are all the details if you need convincing...

• Just under 8cm in diameter
• Choose from different colour options
 
** If ordering more than 1 but all the same design, you can put all the names in the notes section separated by commas. If you want each one different you will either need to order them separatly or add a note at checkout with all the info **

  • Returns and exchanges

    I gladly accept returns if the item is faulty

    Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

    Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

     

    I don't accept exchanges or cancellations

    But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

     

    The following items can't be returned or exchanged

    Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

    •             Custom or personalised orders

     

    Returns and exchange details

    If you are unhappy with your order please get in touch with me as soon as possible.

     

    I am unable to refund custom/personalised orders unless faulty, proof of the fault will be required (if the fault was due to packaging then proof of this will be required as well) before I can consider any refund.

     

    Payment

    Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped/collected.

     

    If you are having any issues with payment please do not hesitate to contact me and I will assist you in any way I can.

     

    Shipping

    If an item needs posted it will be sent 2nd class (signature required)

     

    If you need an item sooner please let me know prior to ordering and I can try to accommodate and alter the price if need be.

     

    Please make sure you give the correct shipping address as I can't be held responsible for shipment to an incorrect/old address. This will be your responsibility to sort out, I am unable to replace items shipped out to incorrect/old addresses.
